Getting Started With HealthVault

Follow these simple steps to get started with your Bayer Meter:

To download test results from your Bayer meter, you will need a Bayer USB Cable to connect your meter with your computer.

Before you are able to use the USB Cable with your meter, you need to install the Bayer USB Cable Driver. Insert the CD in the box and follow the on-screen instructions to install the cable driver.

Once you've installed the Bayer USB Cable driver, return to HealthVault Connection Center to continue installation of the Bayer Blood Meter driver and setup of your meter. Once you have completed the setup process on the Connection Center, you are ready to download your results.

To download your meter results to your computer:

  1. Completely insert the round metal end of the USB Cable into the meter.
  2. Make sure that the HealthVault Connection Center is open on your computer.
  3. Turn your meter ON and proceed with the steps on the Connection Center to receive meter data.
